Cartie Challenge newcomers Team Noonsta this evening confirmed that they have secured the services of Phillip McK, youngest and most mentalist of last year's Chariot of Fire drivers.

There must now be serious doubts about current champions Team Elijah's ability to defend their trophy. Can they overcome this bitter blow, which adds to their woes caused by the controversial decision to outlaw three-wheelers? Does Byron have enough mates to form a team now he can no longer rely on his own flesh and blood?

Team Elijah were unavailable for comment, although this silence is not expected to last for long...
