Exciting News - Gala - Friday Night - Village Talent Show

Everyone get out your Elvis jumpsuits and Michael Crawford Berets.... Yes.... the Gala Weekend is extending into Friday now as well to give us events all the way through the weekend.....this year on Friday 9th June we will be hosting a Village Talent Show in the tent !!!!!!!!!!

All you budding starlets out there should look out for the entry leaflets - hopefully available in the village and on the website if Stephen is happy to assist - entries will be open for a junior section (under 13's) and an any takers section later in the evening. Details to follow but really open for any talent you wish to display.

To encourage participants and audience members along we are hoping to utilise the kind services of Robert Lindsay to set up a real ale tent area with beverages including soft drinks and crisps etc too probably...

Likely timing will be from around 6:30pm till 10pm when everyone can then retire to the creel to discuss the amazing unspotted talent that the village has and sign up with the undoubted plethera of Record label and hollywood executives that will be invited to attend - or not as the case may be......

Entries are open this month ands interest is slowly building up - Don't delay getting your entries in you dont want to miss the chance of stardom !!! If you arent sure what you are doing then register your intention to participate and let us know you will be submitting the details in the future.

All ages and abilities welcome as long as you are from the community !!!

Also you can get paper entry forms at the Creel should you wish to use the old fashioned method...
