Updated links page and added new feed

I've added a few more links to the links page. Let me know if there are any more you'd like me to add.

I've also added the Mearns Leader's RSS headline feed to the front page, so you can keep abreast of all the latest news on wheelie bins and windmills. (Scroll down a bit. Its below the gallery additions box.)
