At the AGM it was agreed to renew and repair the harbour anchorage chain.
There is a convenient low tide next Saturday 19th May at 10 am and we have acquired 40 metres of heavy duty chain.
Volunteers, particularly boat owners, are asked to meet at the pier at 9.30 am.
This could be both wet and dirty work, i.e. good fun, old clothes, wellies and work gloves recommended.

Talent in the Tent Friday night gives the village the opportunity to show their talents and entertain us all in a no-risk, no embarrassment (well not much ?) environment.
Avast behind! Shiver me timbers! Prepare to be boarded ye scurvy sea dogs! Yaaaaaar!
All manner of piratey shenanigans are going to give Catterline Gala a distinctly salty tang this year. Join in the fun by coming dressed as a pirate, visit Treasure Island, take part in the one-legged race, or just wander about saying "Yaaaaaaaarrrrr" a lot.
As ever, the Gala will be on the second weekend in June, which will be the 8th this year. All the traditional favourites will be there, including stalls, cakes and teas, bouncy castle, cartie display, Lucky Duck Chuck, plus loads of new attractions.
Put it in your diary now - Catterline Gala - Saturday 9th June 2007.
Come along and see the thrills and spills of the third Catterline Cartie Challenge, as around 20 teams compete to see who can make the fastest run down Catterline Brae in a home-made soapbox cartie.
Fun and excitement for all the family.
John Forbes and David Drinkwater clean up the BBQ ready for Saturday.
Kinneff Village Hall will be the venue for the annual fund raising barbeque to be held this Saturday 14th July starting at 6.00pm. The event is always very well supported by the local community and has been one of the major contributors to the village hall funds. As well as the excellent BBQ food there will be raffles, a bouncy castle and other activities. Tickets are available at the door.
